Broccoli Salad
Ingredients
- 5-6 Cups of Broccoli Florets (about 1 pound)
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup fresh peas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I like the Kraft Crumbles)
- Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar (or honey)
Directions
Mix all in a large bowl and chill thoroughly before serving.

We make a salad very similar to this, but we use cauliflower and broccoli and for the dressing we use mayo and mustard. Yummy.
But as far as I am concerned, everything tastes better with bacon.
