Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 5-6 Cups of Broccoli Florets (about 1 pound)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup fresh peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I like the Kraft Crumbles)
  • Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or honey)

Directions

Mix all in a large bowl and chill thoroughly before serving.

    We make a salad very similar to this, but we use cauliflower and broccoli and for the dressing we use mayo and mustard. Yummy.

    But as far as I am concerned, everything tastes better with bacon.
