Lemon Cake

I was in a terrible funk yesterday. I should really know better then to do anything when I feel that way, however, I decided to make my non gluten free husband a cake for a treat. While I was digging in my cupboard I found a Moist Lemon Cake mix from ‘Cause Your Special that I had bought a while ago and decided if he’s getting a cake I might as well make my self one. Well me being the airhead that I am sometimes forgot to change the temperature on the oven after his cake was done. But I do have to say that even the lemon cake is quite thin it is very moist and has a lot of taste. I till definitely purchase another mix and try it again.
