It’s a cold weekend here in New York. Right now it is about -10 with the windchill. Way too cold for me. So with that in mind and the menu item of the week being leeks, I decided to make an Italian Chili. I wish you could smell the above picture, it was so delicious smelling. The leeks, garlic and all those peppers, oh my. My husband loved it, I hope you’ll enjoy it also.

    Hi Lea,
    I remember those cold, freezing days in New York. I lived in Sodus Point on Lake Ontario for three months (November-January) while my husband was in the Air Force. It was awful especially since I was a southern California girl. I could have used some of your Italian Chili.
