I’m not sure about anyone else but the news that General Mills Rice Chex is now gluten free is making me giddy inside. I can finally go to my local store and buy cereal. I’m not much of a cereal eater but I like it for snacking on at work.
I have also missed Chex Mix and now I can safely make it at home. I’m am soooooo excited.
Isn’t it sort of funny how something as simple as this can make us happy?

Now I just have to wait for them to go through their current shipment. That may take a while. I checked tonight and they still had the yucky gluten kind.
Got mine at Wegman’s and then a box at Super WalMART…yahoo!
I’ll have to check out Tops this weekend. I really want to make some puppy chow.

I looked at the grocery store the other day, but the kind they had was still the glutenous kind. I’m looking forward to making some puppy chow, though!
It took me forever it seems to find a local store that finally restocked their shelves. Now I’m happy. I’ve been snacking on the puppy chow all week.
