Have you ever bit into something and thought if I died today I don’t care I’m in heaven. That’s what biting into this cookie is like. I have never had such a rich delicious cookie (and it’s 89% organic).
I’m sure that Pamela’s has had this cookie out for quite some time however; where I live we are 10 years behind the times. So the next time you are out shopping and you see Pamela’s Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies, do youself a favor and get a box.
P.S. One of the other best things about these cookies it’s the kind of cookie that when you eat just one it is sooooooo good that you can eat just one because the flavor stays with you to savor.

When I was first diagnosed three years ago, I discovered these cookies and began eating them non-stop. But that was really unusual behavior for me, since before being diagnosed, I never ate cookies! As a result, by the end of the first six months of eating gluten free, I’d put on about 5 pounds. The cookies had to go! Still, every once in awhile, I’ll get an urge and buy a box. They’re especially good if you chill them in the frig. Yum.
These are my favorite gluten free cookies. They crush up excellently for chocolate cheesecake crust too, although, I find it really hard to use them for anything other than simply being delicious cookies!
